Strada’s Canadian-trained pastry chef specializes in European-style pastry. We know there is no short cuts in pastry. Hence we employ the traditional working methods in baking.
Our Tiramisu and various cheese cakes are among the most popular items on our menu.
In addition, our Chocolate molten cakes and brownie with homemade orange sorbet are one of the main reason why our regular diners keep coming back.
We use good Belgian chocolate and roasted walnuts in the brownie, and coat it with luscious German chocolate. The result? A moist, rich and nutty peace of heaven that melts in your mouth.
We are proud to say that no preservatives, artificial flavours or food colouring can be found in all Strada desserts.
Because we firmly believe in good, honest pastry, we bake our breads and sandwich breads like Foccasia and hamburger buns in-house. Pizza crusts are also freshly kneaded right beside the hot oven.
